We believe it is important to understand your customer. You cannot effectively offer services to someone you know very little about.
We believe it is important to educate your customers on the services that will benefit them. In contrast, we believe it is equally as important to educate your customer if your services are not needed.
We believe that small businesses are wasting too much energy and resources on tasks that computers are able to accomplish faster and more accurately.
We believe in providing fair pricing for our customers; and that while overcharging a customer may mean more revenue now, it will ultimately result is less revenue in the future.
We believe in proving quality work that will benefit the customer. It is unethical to provide work to a customer just because they want it that way. If we feel that the work that we are asked to do will hurt the customer in the long run, it is our obligation to inform the customer why we feel this way.
We believe thinking globally; and acting locally will bring the community together and by doing so will help strengthen ourselves through our friends and neighbors.
We believe in establishing a win-win relationship with our customer. By practicing what We believe, both Ann Arbor Software, and its customers will be stronger than they would be if they tried to accomplish their common goals separately.
